- You may return all products within 30 days of delivery.
- You can initiate a return or a refund on items from your Order History page. Simply click on ‘Contact Support’ next to the item you wish to request a return or a refund and REKAMOVE Support will be ready to assist.
- We aim to process all requests within 72 hours upon receiving. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order. Should you have any questions about the status of your refund, your return or your account, please feel free to contact Wish support email@example.com.
- REKAMOVE is not responsible for any fees you have paid to a third party, namely that we can not reimburse these fees. This includes any customs or VAT rate as any cost for a return shipment you have incurred in the process of reimbursement.
- Reimbursement will be made on the product fee excluding shipping costs previously assumed by REKAMOVE.COM for an amount of € 9.01 or an amount to be specified if more than one unit has been sent. This amount will be deducted from the payment made by the client and the rest will be refunded.
